Synopsis

Build suddenly flees the scene from the Touto Government on a motorcycle carrying a jailbreaking murderer who he believes is innocent. The Kamen Rider, who stood as a symbol of justice, turned around and is now a wanted fugitive. While at the home of the Nascita Cafe, Kiryu Sento will listen to the situation of Banjou Ryuga, which may lead to solving the mystery of his memories. While visiting a scientist, Kotatsuki Takumi, who Ryuga was supposed to kill, the police surrounded the room at the moment when Ryuga's corpses were found. There is a strong possibility that the case was framed. It was supposed to be Ryuga who was unable to reveal anything else, but somehow he started to run away from the secret base alone...
