Synopsis
The Global Police start to suspect the employees of Bistro Jurer, especially after Tsukasa's forewarning. However, they have no reliable evidence that they are in fact the thieves. Meanwhile, Sakuya proposes an idea to try and prove that Umika is innocent. He proposes to tip the Jurer employees with their Gangler information. Sakuya claims that if they really are the thieves, then they will take the bait. Jim Carter then intervenes. "Why don't I act as a Gangler decoy?" The team eventually decides to leave this hypothesis in the hands of Jim Carter...
