Footage registered by the Global Police and by Kogure detect a large jumbo jet entering the Earth's atmosphere! They manage to identify it as a piece of the Lupin Collection, the legendary VictoryStriker! As they estimate the jet will arrive in Japan in just a few hours, both teams set out to retrieve the Collection! Noel, who acts as both a phantom thief and a police officer, decides to stop the police from securing the Collection by fighting as a thief. However, the Ganglers have intercepted the exact same information! Meanwhile, Dogranio suggests taking something important from Destra's empty Status Gold safe...
