Noel infiltrated the database of the Global Police's Japanese branch and uncovered the hidden information regarding Zamigo Delma. He has the same two Status Gold safes that Destra has. As he attempts to get this information to the phantom thieves, a Gangler suddenly appears. Meanwhile, a Gangler that throws shrimp bombs appears, and Keiichiro who appears on the scene, notices the presence of Iselob Starfryed, a Gangler who was previously killed by Zamigo.
