Synopsis

Blood Stalk was the one who framed Ryuga Banjou! Sento was able to discover that the identity of Blood Stalk, is Soichi Isurugi! As Soichi escapes with the Fullbottles and the Pandora Box, Sento begins to remember the first time he encountered Soichi... It was a rainy day, and the Kamen Rider was fighting against Blood Stalk...
